Pro Application Automation KPRM-9 In pilot

AI scoring is live against real applications and Talent Ops is using it daily. The verification API (KPD-2661) shipped. A seven day measured pilot is underway, with automated approval targeted for end of July. This is the O4 sub-one-hour approval KR.

ADP Onboarding + Pay Stubs KPRM-10 Shipping

Backend, iOS and Android onboarding wizard, in-app pay stubs and wallet are all in production after a two week UX rebuild. App Store submission Wednesday; the flag flips for net-new pros Monday, Jul 27. Compresses signup to active (O4).

Kwikly+ KPRM-11 Complete

Copy and design rebuilt (KPD-3034) and riding out with the ADP mobile release. No separate timeline needed.

Spear / CE Library KPRM-12 Built · scope up

Full integration is done and flag-gated across mobile and office web (OAWA-355). The business expanded scope to unified auth plus a broader badge set, moving earliest go-live to the first week of August. Held work costs nothing behind the flag.

Decline Shift Messaging OAWA-249 Shipped

Offices can now counter a shift request instead of a hard decline. A direct lever on O2 shift-request leakage, the highest-dollar cluster on the roadmap, and the shippable first step toward structured negotiation.

HDflex Improvements Heartland Dental Shipped

A batch of Heartland-requested HDflex refinements landed this week. Offices can now review professionals even when a timesheet isn't completed (OAWA-256), and the HDflex badge surfaces on vendor-managed contractor profiles so offices can spot HDflex pros at a glance (OAWA-360). Shift status now stays accurate across HDflex and Kwikly for Heartland-worked shifts (KPD-2846), vendor-managed pros such as HireQuest receive a single clean shift confirmation (KPD-2948), and contractor profile badge counts now line up with Total Shifts (OAWA-325).

Heartland Jobs Scraper KPRM-18 Ready

Build complete and reviewed, DNS dependency cleared. Launches on team return from vacation, feeding acquisition signal into HubSpot for Sales.

KwiklyBI: Three brand-new reports shipped — Dynamic Pricing & Claim Timing, Shifts Per Office, and Professional Approval Trends — plus seven enhancements to existing reports (Shift Request Analytics outcome filter, Certified Skills SMS, account-management filters, and more), from the interim-staffed Ops Support & BI team.
